We collect and use your information based on your consent when you submit the application form, and as necessary to perform our arrangement with you as an independent contractor.

By submitting the application, you consent to receive email, phone, and SMS/text communications from us about your application and assignments. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email support@secretshopper.site to unsubscribe.
5. Sharing of information
We share information with:
- Client brands, limited to the assignment report content needed to evaluate a visit (not your full application details, unless required for payment or verification).
- Service providers who support payment processing, hosting, and fraud prevention, under confidentiality obligations.
- Regulators or law enforcement where required by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Data retention
We retain application and assignment data for as long as needed to operate the Program, meet tax and legal recordkeeping requirements, and resolve disputes, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
7. Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@secretshopper.site. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's privacy
The Program is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
